Among numerous vital issues in a developing country like India, women have many unique health concerns including menstrual cycles, pregnancy, birth control, menopause to name the least. Many diseases affect women differently and may even require distinct treatment, one of them being menstruation. Surprisingly menstruation is a stigmatized subject all over the world.
Though it is a part of a healthy life, lacuna regarding proper information or to be more specific misinformation about menstruation leads to vivid stigmas, taboos, etc. Acute understanding and know-how about the menstrual cycle, cleanliness, and use of sanitary napkins among adulterating children is extremely momentous and must be a part of the mainstream education system. Malnutrition, lack of basic sanitization, and treatment for diseases all contribute to the dearth of healthcare resources available to women in India.
We have started awareness camping on Women’s health. So that most of people can understand the issue and try to solve it. Also, we have started awareness camping of using sanitary napkins. We hope awareness camping is the most important and powerful part to solve this issue to our society.
